Whitewater Rafting
Chiriqui providence boasts the tallest mountains, and some of the longest rivers in Panama including the Rio Chiriqui and the Chiriqui Veijo. The whitewater rafting on these rivers is exhilarating and is world renown for its easily accessed non-stop Class III-IV rapids. The steep canyons and thick jungle provide a breathtaking setting for the adrenalin packed trip.
Tree Trek Tour
Zip-line through the treetops of century-old forests. Little compares with the backdrop offered by the La Amistad Peace Park and the Baru Volcano.
Mountain Bike Tour
Enjoy a 25 kilometer downhill biking trip, coasting through lush vegetation and local coffee farms. A great way to experience the region's spectacular scenery.
Hiking Baru Volcano
Volcan Baru is Panama's highest mountain and offers incredible hiking opportunities including the Los Quetzales trail. Widely considered one of the most beautiful trails in Panama, Los Quetzales takes trekkers across the north side of Volcan Baru. Be sure to keep an eye out for the resplendent Quetzal and wild orchids.
Kotowa Coffee Tour
Boquete is famous for its rich and flavorful coffee. Visitors to the Kotowa coffee farm can learn about the history of the plantation as well as the mill's modern-day environmentally friendly coffee production. Birding in the Highlands
