If you have an adventurous spirit, Panama tours will provide for an unbeatable athletic travel experience! Panama is a center for exotic expeditions to little-known areas full of natural wonder and beautiful flora and fauna. Walk through mystical forests and jungles that were once explored by conquistadors over 500 years ago. Visit mysterious caverns dripping with stalagmites and stalactites, or simply admire the waterfalls and remarkable landscapes of this tropical paradise. You can even golf in a variety of different settings, from remarkable beach courses to popular city courses. Water sports are everywhere. There is anything from fishing and rafting to diving, snorkeling, and surfing!
Golf
If it’s to the golf course green that you turn for your sport of choice, Panama offers the best golf courses in Central America. You can choose between fabulous golf courses in the Canal Zone, Panama City, or on the beach.
Water Sports
Panama is the ideal place for a variety of water sports, such as fishing, rafting, diving, snorkeling and surfing. Panama has five world-renowned diving and snorkeling sites, including Bocas del Toro, Coiba Island, Grande Island, as well as archeological and historical diving sites around the Panama Canal. The Bastimentos Island National Marine Park in Bocas del Toro Province is the country’s premiere marine park and includes part of Bastimentos Island and the Zapatillas Keys. Its 13,226 hectares make up one of Panama’s largest and most beautiful marine habitats. The reefs, mangroves, nesting beaches and lagoons of its southern coast are key to the survival of many valuable species of marine life. It’s remote location provides an ideal Caribbean refuge for endangered species. Four species of sea turtles lay their eggs on these beaches between March and September.
The great rivers of Chagres and Volcán Barú National Parks have three and four-degree rapids, as defined by the international classification from level of difficulty, and will take you on an adventure through the rain forest. You can also go kayaking or tubing. The best beaches for surfing are Puss Head Point, Paunch Beach and Bluff Beach in Bocas del Toro; Venao Beach in Los Santos, Santa Catalina Beach in Veraguas.
Alajuela Lake is known for its fishing and water sports such as water skiing, jet skiing, sailing and swimming. Panama also offers excellent fishing opportunities on the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, as well as on Lake Gatún and Piña Bay, which has 170 world fishing records to its credit. For these reasons and many more, Panama is an excellent place for nature lovers, fishers and water sports enthusiasts to vacation.

Belize adventures
I've worked with Adventure Life before in planning trips and appreciate the quality of trips they put together. They use knowledgeable local guides, comfortable lodgings, and assist with transportation. I find trip planning stressful, so am happy to turn it over to them. They work within our parameters of time, budget, activity level, and types of activities to give us great experiences!

We have been working with Adventure Life for 5 years now and it is very easy to plan out our trips. Our holidays include customization of activities and side trips along with the standard packages available on the Adventure Life website. Kevin, Jess, Mary Rose and their teams have many recommendations that have enhanced our travel.

We went to the Patagonia on the Chile side and Perito Moreno in El Calafate, Argentina. Eric of San Diego handled our trip with expertise. The preparation went smoothly, despite some changes on our part with scheduling conflicts. He offered great advice which made us feel at ease with all decisions on the trip. It was truly a great experience.
