Start the day with breakfast, fueling up for an exciting birding adventure. At 06:45, visit the Yasuní Parrot Lick to observe vibrant parrots in action. Continue to the Macaw Tree and the River Islands, spotting diverse bird species. From 10:20 to 13:00, experience the Yasuní Macaw Lick, where colorful macaws gather.
After enjoying a delectable on-site lunch, take a guided trail walk through Yasuni. Return to the lodge by 17:00 to relax. Share the day’s sightings during the bird checklist session and savor dinner at the lodge.
After breakfast in the morning, set out for an amazing journey to Kapok Tower at 05:30. Enjoy breathtaking views and spot treetop wildlife until noon. Return to the lodge for a buffet lunch. In the afternoon, venture on a walking excursion, exploring the rainforest’s hidden wonders.

Day 5: Return Home | Back to Quito
1 Breakfast
Begin your final day with an early breakfast. At 6:30 in the morning, set out on a scenic journey back to Coca, taking in the last sights of the rainforest along the way until 09:30. From there, continue your trip back to Quito, arriving at noontime.

This was my first experience with Adventure Life - and I couldn't have been more pleased with the trip. The guides and local staff in both Buenos Aires and Uruguay were terrific - extremely helpful and accommodating. I really enjoyed meeting the friendly staff in Buenos Aires in person (I left my bags with them for the afternoon).
My travel consultant went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, everything from the flight reservations to the final booking.

The staff at Adventure Life made planning my family's trip to the Galapagos Islands as easy as possible. They listened to what we were hoping to experience and made thoughtful suggestions about how to accomplish our vacation goals while meeting the needs of travelers ages 17-76! They patiently answered questions and follow up questions in the months leading up to the trip. They helped us trouble shoot and customize the trip in every way possible.
