Our Galapagos trip had quite a few problems, due to questionable actions by the cruise company AL contracted with, Visiting Galapagos. VG were lax in keeping AL and us up to date when the boat that was booked wrecked, resulting in a last minute substitute to a less desirable boat, one which developed engine problems leading to itinerary changes. Despite this, the trip was very enjoyable. AL accepted responsibility for the problems and gave us a substantial refund, taking a loss on the trip as a result. We would definitely trust this company again.
