Day 1: Torres del Paine, Grey Lake, and Serrano River

  • 1 Dinner
The day starts by driving towards Grey Lake in Torres del Paine. A safety briefing and equipment will given before starting the kayaking. You will be able to paddle near icebergs. The next part of the day involves going through the rapids of the Grey River. There will be a lunch break near Grey Bridge after a few hours of traveling. Finally the day will end at Pueblito Serrano where dinner will be offered before you sleep at the Serrano campsite.

*Please note that changes to the itinerary may be made in cases of strong wind. Local regulations require participants to be at least 15 years old and, at most, 60 years old for the Grey Glacier kayaking.

Day 2: Seranno River, Monte Balmaceda

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
After breakfast, the paddling begins again towards the Salto del Rio waterfall. When you get closer to rough waters, you will take a short walk with your kayak. When you get back on the river, you will make your way towards the Serrano Glacier. This will allow you to see views of the Tyndall Glacier and Geike Mountains. This is when lunch will be given! After lunch, continue on towards Monte Balmaceda and Ultima Esperanza fjord waters. You will learn a bit more about the history of this area. The day concludes at Puerto Toro with a delicious dinner.

Day 3: Balmaceda Glacier and Last Hope Fjord

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch
The morning starts off by carrying kayaks for about 30 minutes before reaching Serrano Lagoon. Once here, you will be back in the water again among the beautiful icebergs! The journey will finish around midday when you will take a boat back to Puerto Natales. You will be able to see Balmaceda Glacier on the way. Once at Estancia Perales, there will be a meal that includes lamb. Around 6PM, you'll arrive back in Puerto Natales.

*If the lagoon is blocked with ice, you will not be able to paddle on the lake.

The trip was terrific with great planning on your part. Most of the adventures were not mainstream and somewhat off the beaten path which made it especially enjoyable!! We felt taken care of and you all were readily available to respond to questions and issues. I would highly recommend your company and friends have already expressed interest based on our pictures and excitement.
