Giant Sloth MonumentFlight to Easter Island was good and wow, you are really out there in the middle of the ocean. Again a little confusion upon arrival but, got to the hotel ok. It was a little rainy so, we just tried to relax a little. That afternoon was had a tour for a few hours and met the group we would be with for the rest of the time here. Our guide Sabrina was great and really took a lot of pride in her island. Even though it was rainy off and on, we got sunburned!
The trip was planned well. They worked through local travel planners in the two countries we visited. The trip planner was fairly knowledgable, but she could have been better. The hotels selected were good. There were a few things I think they could have planned better related tot he transportation between the carious locations we visited, but it was a great trip overall.

We had an initial virtual meeting with our trip planner, Sandra Fernandez, who was great. She was efficient, friendly, yet very professional. She not only answered all our questions, but also addressed our concerns honestly. After our 30-minute conversation with Sandra, we decided to book our cruise with her.
