Istanbul UniversityWe had to wake up at 3:15am in order to take a taxi to the airport. The down side to taking a taxi this early in the morning is that the taxi drivers charge almost double the price for rides between 12am and 5am. It was either the 55 Euro taxi ride or a taxi to Syntagma Square followed by a bus to the airport. We were too tired to think about changing modes of transport, so shelled out the cash for the taxi.
What a great honeymoon trip this was! We were sad to leave the warm weather, the Mediterranean Sea and the food, but were excited to get back home!
This will be the third trip I have arranged with Adventure Life and I find their customer service and helpfulness to be excellent. Sandra has been very knowledgeable in describing the details of the planned trip as well as the signing up process for the trip. I was on a trip to the UK while arranging another trip for next year. Was able to work with email and a short call to secure our spot on a tall ship cruise. Good company to work with so far.
