Stay in this full service villa and spa resort located in Seminyak Beach. Pool villas and Royal Pavillion villas are located in the main resort area along Seminyak Beach. Walk a bit across the road or take a golf buggy to the larger 22 Royal Courtyard villas which offer a more peaceful village setting with tropical garden and lap pool.

The Breeze restaurant offers a beachside dining setting combined with spectacular sunsets over the water and a Balinese and Western menu. A chic open bar set along the beach also draws those looking to relax.

A full service spa and concierge service is available to assist you and make your Balinese vacation spectacular.  Each of the villas offers a private pool and five star service. 

Pool villas - These one bedroom villas all offer private lap pools and 2365 square feet (220 sqm) of living space.

Royal Pavillion Villas - These one bedroom villas are located beachside in the main resort complex and are 3350 square feet (312 sqm). Each includes private pool with wooden gazebo with outside daybed or dining area. 

Royal Courtyard Villas - Located across the street just a few minutes golf buggy ride away. They offer more privacy and private lap pools. One bedrooms are 3230 square feet (300 sqm), two bedroom options are 3230-4300 square feet (300-400 sqm), and the three bedroom villas are 4300-6455 square feet (400-600 sqm). All offer private pool with wooden gazebo with outside daybed or dining area.
