The Ombak Putih was great. Very friendly crew. Unique to our trip: one of the directors and his family joined for the trip. They were super knowledgable so it was like have 3 additional guides with us. We didn't get to see the lesser bird of paradise since that excursion would have taken place on Christmas and there were no local guides available. The snorkeling was fantastic. The guides were very interested in nudibranchs. I never thought I'd be interested in essentially sea slugs, but their enthusiasm was contagious.

Everything was fantastic -- guides were super knowledgeable, excursions were delightful, and we had a lovely time!

Leila (Fitz Roy trek) and Diego (W trek) were both AMAZING guides. Friendly, fun, knowledgeable, etc. These two people made our trip what it was. Overall, one of the top 5 trips I've ever taken. Kassandra was a wonderful partner in the initial planning stages. And Cheska was responsive throughout the pre-departure phase. Both were amazing.

This was one of the best trips we have taken with everything planned and managed so well, we had no itinerary issues. Our guides were knowledgeable and timely, we saw everything we wanted to see, and we had plenty of leisure time. Also the quality of accommodations and transportation was comfortable and clean. This trip was well arranged and professionally attended to by Claudia & Ghezzel.We could not be happier about expertise and ease our travel adventures to Rome and Naples. Every detail was handled with care and we received prompt responses when needed. Adventure Life are top notch travel planners!

We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was the quality of the staff that Adventure Life/Encounters Asia hired as tour guides and drivers. Just top of the line and off the beaten track type folks---very sophisticated and not your typical tour guides. They were diverse and tailored the tours to our needs. The local representatives were always waiting for us on arrival and helpful getting things set up. The accommodations were overall very strong. Jordan worked with us to help plan the itinerary to customize it to our needs.Jordan and the team were flexible and creative in planning a trip that worked for us, even though we were planning some things at the last minute. Waru was extremely helpful with the day to day details. Both Jordan and Waru were incredibly responsive---Jordan even got back to us over a weekend when she was on her way to a wedding. Would love to work with Adventure Life again.

A special thanks to the Adventure Life Team (Jane and Ghezzel). Since I used Adventure Life for a previous trip, I decided to book a customized trip with them again. And as expected, the team who put my itinerary together provided outstanding service. They offered suggestions, appreciated my input, and communicated updates along the way. Bravo to all who were involved in organizing, planning, and facilitating our trip to Chile!

Everything was perfect! Our guide (Camilo) was fantastic; knowledgeable and very good job communication before and during the excursions. The boat (Seaman Journey) was also very nice, just what we hope to see and experience. The crew was friendly and the food was very good. Even the weather cooperated throughout our trip. I'm planning to use Adventure Life again. I've already mentioned them to friends.

Patagonia National Park is a spectacular gem, made all the better by staying in the Explora Lodge with its wonderful guides and fabulous food and lodging. I loved every minute of my time there, including the long van rides to and from as the scenery is spectacular. Chiloe Island was also a beautiful place to visit. Our lodging was in each instance lovely, although very different. Our time with guides was also great—very knowledgeable, likable people.

From the outset we trusted Adventure Life to make this trip seamless and wonderful. We have traveled several times with Adventure Life and were not disappointed! Everything worked perfectly.
