Four well-appointed traditional safari tents are located in the shade of fig trees and offer an excellent home-base from which to explore the seasonal Busanaga Plains in northern Kafue National Park. The lounge is enclosed with canvas that looks out over the flood plain and the dining room is lit by a romantic lantern chandelier. Enjoy a traditional Zambian safari experience with a stay at Busanga Bush Camp.

Safari activities include game drives to spot the widlife in the area and night drives for those species who only like to roam in the dark. Set out on boat early in the season while the channels still hold water or enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Walking safaris and birding are also exceptional ways to pass the time in this unique area. Arrange your days here according to your interests. Hot air balloon rides are also available from August to October.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
