Experiencing Hue cuisine is one of the best ways to explore this fascinating city. First, meet up with your guide who will give you a basic introduction to Hue cuisine, as well as teach you some useful Vietnamese phrases, before you head out into the night to explore the culinary delights on offer. You will be whisked down narrow streets and alleyways to explore some of Hue’s best-known sweet and savory specialties, like Hue’s royal cake, Hue khot cake, Vietnamese BBQ, and Hue beef noodle soup, and sweet soup, to name just a few.

Initial deposit is 30% ($400 minimum) + Internal flight cost, and most travelers will call our office and pay the deposit with a credit card.
Final payment is due 70 days (10 weeks) prior to departure by bank transfer, check, or credit card. Final payment by credit card may be subject to surcharge and a maximum charge of $20,000
The trip might have been the absolute best of our lifetime (thus far). We particularly want to commend our guide Peter in the Guilin area-he was so incredibly attentive, energetic, enthusiastic-and absolutely dedicated to ensuring that our meals were 100% vegetarian.
We have used All Adventure Life many times over the years and the team members have been amazing through all the planning processes! Jeff has been our planner for China last year and Vietnam next year, and he is very responsive and overall terrific!

Adventure Life has been an extraordinary travel resource for us over the years and today was no exception. Our River Cruise booking was handled by Jess (who has been our personal trip planner for several years) the same day as our inquiry. Suggestions were given for cabin choice and pre-trip options (that were not shown on the cruise line's website) like airport transfers and prepaid gratuities. Trip insurance recommendations followed and we were assigned a travel co-ordinator till the end of the tour. All we have to do is show up! Great service from friendly folks.
