Food stops include many of the classic tastes of Hoi An, starting with banh mi, a Vietnamese style sandwich served in a baguette hand-made by the ‘Banh Mi Queen’; cao lau, a home-cooked noodle dish steeped in a savory broth served on the terrace of a small private home; and Hoi An style barbeque at a beautiful spot in Hue’s Old Town on the river. At night, locals flock to small restaurants along the river to dine and you will be joining them. The major food stops will also be balanced with a few other places en route for quick snacks. Your tour concludes in Old Town at a quiet spot for tea or coffee, before heading back to Grasshopper Adventures.
