The grounds of Estancia Balcón del Abra
The Balcón del Abra is located in a well-kept park setting with beautiful trees and tall palms. Deck chairs placed according to taste form small intimate islands for resting and enjoying the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and hills

In January 2010 a large "Biotop" ecological pool was built offering swimming in a totally natural environment. Numerous tables and chairs are located around the grounds, offering a variety of options for resting in the beautiful settings.

A covered barbecue area with oven offers multiple possibilities for cooking outdoors. The area is built with jasmine-covered columns giving a unique perfume in flowering season. A huge table with long benches allows a large group of people to enjoy great food during most months of the year. Two outdoor galleries with large columns complete the BBQ area, covered with climbing roses.

A large vegetable garden and three small greenhouses are located on the grounds. The vast majority of the products for the kitchen are organically produced here and are harvested in season, making meals as fresh as can be.

The Facility
The comfortable lounge with its eye-catching fireplace invites to you to relax, watch a large satellite TV, enjoy music or engage in long conversations. There is also a library available. The ample spaces of the main house and the grounds are the ideal setting to respect the privacy of guests in a warm and select atmosphere.

All meals are generally served on a long table in the main dining room. In addition, a smaller table is located near the kitchen for separate meals. Guests are free to eat in an intimate setting anywhere in the grounds, as wished. Hospitable hosts will ensure that every service is provided to guests preference.

Fresh meals are prepared for guests utilizing the extensive gardens and greenhouses. Meals are easily accommodated for guest needs or preferences. Enjoy delicious meals along with the extensive cellar of fine wines and spirits.

Accommodations

Junior Suite with terrace - 35 m2
Comfortable King Size Bed, high-quality cedar headboard with leather, excellent quality bedlinen and towels. A half-moon table is at the entrance with an elegant mirror, a lamp and old Thonet wardrobe. The bedroom/living room hosts a gorgeous stone fireplace that also warms the large bathroom. A comfortable two-seater sofa, armchair and Balinese table complete the selective decor. Two steps lead down to the dressing room with a large closet. Separated by a swinging door there is large bathroom with an ample shower, wide cedar countertop and sink, toilet and bidet.

Double Room - Superior - 35 m2
Two large single beds can be easily convertible into an extra long bed. Fine wooden headboards, center console in the middle and two bedside tables with lamps allow for maximum comfort. Guests will enjoy the desk and two stools covered in leather along with the spacious built-in closet. The room is complete with the large bathroom with comfortable shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Standard Double Room - with outside bathroom - 15 m2
Double bed of excellent quality wood and an elegant leather headboard, along with two bedside tables and an additional table. A large wardrobe completes the standard room. The private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is located nearby in the indoor gallery.

Separate Apartment House - 45 m2
A separate apartment house is available. Excellent quality King Size bed with wooden headboard, two bedside tables with lamps and a dresser complete the bedroom. The apartment is equipped a table with two chairs and kitchenette. A sliding door separates the large bathroom equipped with a large shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Large stoves in the Bedroom and Living room are comfortable for chilly nights. The large outdoor terrace hold a bench and a rustic table with two additional seats. Enjoy the spectacular views!
