*Posada del Faro dining room – The Posada del Faro has a small dining room for hotel guests. Breakfast, served after 9am, can be delivered to a place of preference, such as a guest room or at the pool. Guests may choose between a fruit breakfast and a continental breakfast. Sandwiches and salads are offered during the day. At dinner, dishes such as pasta, fish, or excellent cuts of Uruguayan beef are served.
*Beach Restaurant and Bar– Posada del Faro is the only hotel in Jose Ignacio that features a unique restaurant and bar on the beach. The restaurant offers options such as corn on the cob, a chivito (a national steak sandwich, thinly sliced with choices of toppings such as ham, cheese, egg, etc.), or seafood such as Mussels Provencal (mussels cooked with garlic, lemon, white wine, and parsley). A full bar is also available, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. Enjoy a day at the beach or beautiful sunsets while savoring a freshly made caipirinha (Brazilian national cocktail), juice, or smoothie.

Everything was amazing! The planning with Adventure Life went smoothly. The actual trip was fantastic! One of the best trips I have experienced. The cruise staff members were knowledgeable and attentive. I will be writing more about this on the blog!
