Champagne and Cuisine

We had the honor of enjoying a meal crafted by two Michelin star chefs, Tristan Brandt and Niklas Oberhofer. They sailed on the ship with us, danced the night away, went out to meals onshore, and then spoiled us rotten with a delicious meal.

It was hard to imagine the food onboard being elevated any further but they did an amazing job. It was the most amazing food I've ever had! We also had two experts in champagne, Corinna Dosch & Rafael Mittmann.

Fancy dinners, sipping champagne, and dressing up isn't a normal experience for me. My mom and I were so spoiled on this trip. We felt lucky to enjoy the breeze under sail, meet some new friends, and enjoy some incredible food.
