The breakfast buffet is an assortment of curries, samosas, lentils, rice and other Nepalese dishes. Since I am an aficionado of Indian food, I find Nepalese food to be excellent because it is similiar. I have fallen into food nirvana. Today, we are going to Bungamati, a traditional village of farmers and wood carvers.
