Zuri Zanzibar, located on the stunning white beaches of Unguja, 50 miles from Stone Town and its international airport, offers a unique experience in Zanzibar for those seeking peace and tranquility. Unlike most Zanzibar beaches where one must walk 500m to swim at low tide, Zuri Zanzibar's coast, settled in the large lagoon, is always perfect. It is not just the white sand and the incredible color of the turquoise Indian Ocean, but also the local way of life, which is cheerful and optimistic. 

All its villas and bungalows are part of an enormous tropical park open to walk through and explore. Hundreds of gardeners and landscape designers needed more than two years to select all the trees and flowers in which you could bask. The result is an enormous tribute to the pinnacle of Zanzibar and its rich historical legacy.

SIGNATURE SUNSET CRUISE
Experience the most magical moments of Kendwa while sailing its waters on the beautiful LaPorte Dhow, built exclusively for Zuri. With sundowners served on board, this is the perfect ending to a perfect day.

SNORKELLING TRIP TO MNEMBA ISLAND
Enjoy a half-day private boat tour of snorkeling around the most visited Zanzibari site, the Mnemba Island. If you are lucky enough, you might spot a group of playful dolphins along the way.

DIVING AROUND ZANZIBARI REEFS
Explore the reefs and coral gardens around Zanzibar. An experienced instructor will introduce you to the underwater worlds of Mnemba Atoll, Tumbatu, and many other dive sites. Even as a complete beginner, you can try diving from a one-day course to PADI professional courses.

Beach activities and games
A wide range of beach games - petanque, racquets, sand games, volleyball, and others are available on request. Ask our staff for suggestions or to organize a sports match.

Snorkeling set
We recommend our daily snorkel tours to the coral lagoon, but you are, of course, free to snorkel wherever you want.

Kayaks (single or double)
These are the ‘real deal’ professional sea kayaks for enjoyment and exercise. We suggest exploring Pumgume Bay.

Stand-up paddleboarding (sup)
Try the ancient Hawaiian form of surfing on our colorful, still, and warm lagoon. For a private SUP yoga class, private yoga rates apply upon the instructor's availability.

Belize adventures I've worked with Adventure Life before in planning trips and appreciate the quality of trips they put together. They use knowledgeable local guides, comfortable lodgings, and assist with transportation. I find trip planning stressful, so am happy to turn it over to them. They work within our parameters of time, budget, activity level, and types of activities to give us great experiences!

We went to the Patagonia on the Chile side and Perito Moreno in El Calafate, Argentina. Eric of San Diego handled our trip with expertise. The preparation went smoothly, despite some changes on our part with scheduling conflicts. He offered great advice which made us feel at ease with all decisions on the trip. It was truly a great experience.

We had a great experience- they were very helpful in trip planning and making sure we got to do all the activities and see the places we wanted. There were some things we couldn't do/see due to the time of year being the rainy/low season and they steered us away from those. We had never been to Costa Rica before and it gave us a good overview of this lovely country.
