The Old Village Resort

ACCOMMODATIONS
The resort offers 136 rooms and suites set within the site of a Nabatean village which was inhabited by local residents until the mid-1970s. The rooms are set around a series of paths and courtyards interspersed with gardens and fountains. The rooms are decorated to reflect the culture and history of Jordan and as much as possible of the furniture has been sourced locally.

DINING
The spacious restaurant set around a courtyard on one side and stunning views over the valley on the other side, offers an international a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. In addition, the menu features some local Jordanian food- from mansaf to knafeh.
Breakfast is buffet style offering a wide selection of local breakfast specialties as well as the more traditional choices.
The restaurant uses local sources for as much of the meat. Fruit and vegetables as possible, ensuring the quality and freshness of the food. The restaurant appreciates that many guests have special dietary requirements and are happy to ensure that suitable alternatives can be offered.
Next to the restaurant is a lounge area with a bar where tea, coffee, and soft drinks are available during the day.
