Discover the excesses of time and space in a place where nature has deployed all her colossal forces to create this fjord. The Saguenay Marine National Park stretches along this majestic fjord, carved out by glaciers near Cape Eternity. Keep your eyes open to catch a glimpse of the peregrine falcons which nest all along the vertical rock faces, or the seals lounging on the rocks and colonies of agile dolphins.
Canada owes its irresistible charm to its exceptional natural sanctuary and its vastness of untouched land. Autumn is a particularly great time to enjoy the color palette that is available to you. Flamboyant shades, only the Indian summer can cause ... Located at the mouth of the River Saguenay, Tadoussac is the bastion of the history of New France’s colonization. It is now a National Park on one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and the best place to see whales as they gather here to feed before winter sets in. Above the bay, nature has deployed all her forces to bring you a breathtaking panorama of a vast ocean.
Beyond the 50th parallel, right by Havre St Pierre, are gathered thirty limestone islands as well as more than one thousand islands and granitic islands. Called "Mingan Archipelago", this territory became a national park reserve in 1984. This jewel is sculptured straight from the base of limestone - discover spectacular natural monuments, witnesses of the ceaseless work of the sea.
At the end of the Gaspe Peninsula (Gaspésie), this unusual site boasts a rich natural and historic heritage. The cliff-top city, sculpted by time and the sea, boasts Bonaventure Island as its fortress and the famous Percé Rock as its stone craft, lying on the sea. This natural phenomenon, entirely surrounded by a ring of arches, is an unmissable location for observing the majestic northern gannet, a seabird with a golden head and blue eyes circled with black. In the bay, admire the breathtaking view, whilst the sea air brings the freshness of the river. Surrender to the quiet calm of the forests and the flowers of the Bonaventure Island National Park, where the contrast of noises and silence joins forces with the colors and shadows of the unspoiled nature, the undisputable queen of the region.
This attractive fortified city from the XVIIth century inherited its name in honor of King Louis XV, when the French troops built his impressive fortress, nicknamed "Gibraltar of North America", desired for a long time by French and English troops, quarreling for this land.
Capital of the Canadian Province of Nova Scotia, Halifax is a city of a rich architectural heritage, built down an Acropolis overhanging one of the longest natural harbors of the world. Nor far from that, Peggy Cove's picturesque aspect, tiny coastal village of pastel colors, charmed numerous painters and photographers in the last century.
Bar Harbor is a historic city which had its hour of glory when it was a former trendy sea resort of the XIXth century. Not far from there, explore the National Park of Maritime Provinces, which in autumn covers itself with one thousand copper-colored or golden colors. A rocky coast, high granite cliffs, majestic areas... Welcome to New England.

Kate was great to work with in the planning stage. She was prompt, helpful, and efficient. Our tour guide, Edwin, was knowledgeable and passionate. We were very happy to have traveled with Adventure Life, it made the trip easy and a true pleasure. We could concentrate on enjoying the experience rather than the details of travel.
Franny has been such an amazing help with all my trip planning. This is our 3rd trip to plan with her and she is always so willing to assist and find the best deals for my family and friends.

I selected Adventure Travel as I was not satisfied with the responsiveness of the agent for the cruise I was trying to book and it had good recommendations. So far, I am quite happy with my agent, Betty, very responsive and accommodating.
