Arrive at Magdalena Bay and board a small boat which takes you to your campsite on a secluded island. Meet your hosts, eat lunch, and settle into camp. Join a local expert on an orientation to the in-water sea turtle conservation project. Enjoy happy hour and explore the island.

Day 2: Magdalena Bay

Your guide will lead an after-dinner session of constellation and star identification.

In the afternoon, paddle through lush mangrove canals which are teeming with birds and marine life. Your guide serves as your naturalist and combines ecology with local knowledge to treat you to the best of Magdalena Bay.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
