Casa Santo Domingo has a rich history of sharing space with one of the grandest convents of America: the one that sheltered the followers of the order of Santo Domingo de Guzmán. It is an important part of the beautiful preservation of colonial treasures from the baroque period of ancestral America. Each corner of this house, each stone, each image and each piece that composes this Hotel Museum becomes a lost page in time, Guatemala's history.

Hotel Services
During your stay at Casa Santo Domingo enjoy a wealth of on-site services and accommodations. Relax in the sauna or jacuzzis, exercise in the gym or have a pleasant moment in the swimming pool. Free yourself from stress and take a relaxing massage or a gastronomical walk through the kitchen where you will be able to select the dish of your chosing which will be prepared with all the care and dedication destined to please the most demanding palate. Enjoy your favorite drink in the elegant and comfortable Bar or visit the Museum Promenade which offers pleasing spaces demonstrating the preservation of Guatemala's cultural beauty. Other services available for guests include medical services, shoe shine, laundry, postal service, newspaper in specific areas, baggage storage, lost objects, ice, wake–up calls, voicemail, and taxis.

Guest Accommodation
Once you step through the doors prepare to be whisked away to another time and place. This innovative Hotel-Museum offers 128 rooms, each complete with unique and special characteristics. The decoration includes works of art from renowned Guatemalan fine art artists and handmade textiles with traditional-contemporary designs. Only offering the finest, the hotel provides TV LCD with cable, telephone with voicemail, minibar, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, magnification lighted vanity mirror, hypo-allergenic pillows (on request), bathrobes, twice-daily housekeeping service, chimney, high velocity internet, terrace, balcony, tub, jacuzzi or sauna (depending on selected room type).

Hotel Restaurant Options
In the main restaurant "Refectorio del Prior" recipes are prepared under the concept of “fusion cuisine,” mixing ingredients from different countries and regions. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch are served.

"Tenedor del Cerro" is the second restaurant surrounded by nature, art and culture and offers a menu of grill, pasta and pizza specialties.

At the Bar "El Cabildo" you will be able to enjoy your favorite drink in an elegant and comfortable setting.
