Welcome to Athens! You will be greeted on arrival and transferred to your hotel in Athens. Today will provide time at leisure to discover Athens after your international travels! Redolent with history and mythology, Athens is a vibrant city, enlivened by bustling outdoor cafes, pedestrian streets that wind through the city's ancient sites, and its fair share of urban eccentrics. It is a city full of contrasts.
This morning enjoy a city tour of Athens. During this exploration of the city, your private expert guide will reveal the secrets of the Acropolis & the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Kallimarmaro Stadium, built of marble for the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Enjoy the ancient wonders and explore the birthplace of democracy. Twist and turn through the Plaka’s narrow streets and find ancient sites, cafes, and shops full of history and character.
Transfer to the port of Piraeus, and board the ferry to Paros. On arrival in Paros, you are met & transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and settle into island life. With free time at hand, explore this “blue and white” island and it's vibrant culture, food and beaches.

On this optional excursion, the ferry will depart from the port of Naoussa at 9:30, and you will reach Delos at 10:30 after traveling for an hour. You will encounter the small granite land of the god of light, Apollo, where you will be amazed by the exceptional archaeological site covering a history of three thousand years. During your visit, you may admire the sanctuary of Apollo, the terrace of the Lions dedicated to Apollo by the people of Naxos, the temple of Leto, and the splendid exhibits of the local museum. After a 3-hour stay, you will reach the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos, where you will discover everything that has made her famous. A walk through the picturesque streets, seeing the beautiful windmills and Small Venice's traditional architecture, the golden beaches, and the land bathed in white and blue will intrigue you. The boat departs from Mykonos at 17:00 and will arrive back in Naoussa at 18:15.
Sail on the ferry from Paros to Santorini, the jewel of the Aegean! On arrival in Santorini, you are met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. Relax by the pool of your hotel or start exploring this magical island.
Today, you will explore the island of Santorini with a private guide and visit two wineries to taste the locally produced wines, from the well-known larger wineries to the smaller and hidden off-the-beaten-path locations. The local microclimate and volcanic soil on Santorini enable the production of a distinctive range of wines that are unique to the island. You will have a fantastic day out combining fine wine with Santorini's natural beauty. On your way back to town enjoy the drive through the island and stop at the sleepy village of Pirgos, one of Santorini's most picturesque villages.

Transfer from your hotel in Santorini to the port and embark the ship to the port of Athens (Piraeus). You will be greeted at the port of Piraeus and transferred to your Athens hotel. Depending on your time of arrival in Athens, take the opportunity for some last-minute sightseeing, souvenir shopping, or just relaxing at your hotel.

Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.
