After a one-hour drive, we arrived at our local partner's office in Quito. We felt overwhelming happiness as we finally met the whole team in person! It seemed unreal, and the time passed by very quickly. After our brief conversations, snacks, and photo op, Mai and I excused ourselves from their office to attend Mai's worship meeting. This time, Leo came along with us and drove us to the place. After waiting for us for around one hour, he then transferred us to Rincon de Puembo, where we stayed for the night.
It took us approximately 15 to 20 minutes of traveling time before we reached the hotel. Upon checking in at around 9:00 PM, we ordered our dinner, took a bath, and then had a site inspection. A kind lady at the reception helped us with our ocular. The hotel has an interesting ceiling painting at the entrance where you can hear echoes of yourself while standing at the center of the circle. The hotel boasted an outdoor swimming pool, which is heated, a sauna, a gym, a water massage area, a billiards area, an events place, and two restaurants. There are rooms available for solo travelers, couples, friends, and even families. They have a section in the hotel called "La Ronda," designed to portray the Old Town vibe with rooms with balconies and flowers arranged in the windows—such a wonderful site to see. Guests can also make use of the hotel's complimentary transfers to and from Quito Airport. The traveling time from the hotel to Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport is 20 minutes.
We finished our ocular around 1:00 AM and asked for a wake-up call at 4:00 AM for our airport transfer for tomorrow's flight to Baltra. Yes, we only had three hours of sleep, but our hearts are full! Exciting adventures in the Galapagos Islands await us!

Claudia does an excellent job of communicating. HOWEVER…you paperwork requirements are constipated — a real impediment to doing business. Fire the lawyers or accountants over that.
