On top of all-new facilities and amenities, Scenic Sapphire boasts the finest luxury suites in France — each perfectly appointed to afford you a truly luxurious stay. One of the highlights of these updated ships is the Royal Owner's suites, 520 square feet of sheer luxury located at the vessel's rear, affording panoramic views of the water beyond.
Luxury amenities and various new and innovative features abound on these sister ships. From the all-weather vitality pool and upgraded spa area to the unique Scenic Culinaire, guests onboard either of these river cruise ships can enjoy plenty of luxury features.
Scenic Sapphire Cabins, Staterooms and Suites
Scenic removed six staterooms after an extended drydock to limit the ship's capacity from 167 passengers and provide new amenities. Two new Royal Owner's Suites, each measuring 47 square meters (510 square feet), have been added to Scenic Sapphire. With impeccable service, thoughtful details, an outdoor balcony, lounge area, and oversized bathroom, these Diamond Deck Suites are the epitome of luxury.
Scenic Sapphire features all-suite accommodations. A sumptuous retreat equipped with L'Occitane products and plush bathrobes await. Scenic's excellent queen-size Slumber Beds include crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and a pillow menu for ultimate comfort. Your suite or stateroom comes with a flat-screen HDTV and Mac mini system, as well as complimentary mini-bar and WiFi internet access. Nightly turndown service and a personal safe are also provided.
Dining
Scenic Sapphire provides guests with every dining experience, from a formal gastronomic spectacular to a simple homemade pizza. Food comes from local vendors, which means it's both fresh and in season at all times. Thanks to the chefs ' inspiration from their travels, you'll get a real taste of the cuisine from each country visited.
The River Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while
Portobellos offers fine dining and degustation dining can be found at
Table La Rive. Additionally, there is
Gelati Bar, and Al Fresco Dining on
Riverview Terrace.
The Scenic ship's renovation coincided with our new Scenic Culinaire program, which offers immersive courses in the Rhône, Saône, and Bordeaux regions of France. Using fresh products from local markets, travelers prepare itinerary-specific regional delicacies with the help of expert chefs.
Onboard Amenities
Wellness Centers aboard Scenic Sapphire have been enlarged to include the largest salons and fitness and spa treatment facilities, as well as private demonstration kitchens where guests may learn to cook for free.
The Panorama Lounge is larger than other river cruise ships, with plenty of room to relax at the bar and take in the views. The Sun Deck has four types of seating to choose from. There are the usual sun loungers or deck chairs. The ship has a fitness center and a wellness center where passengers may get premium treatments, including an hour-long aromatherapy full-body massage. Exclusive and memorable, Scenic Enrich provides unforgettable evenings like intimate classical concerts in big palaces and gourmet feasts in old castles.

Scenic Sapphire River Cruise Ship Reviews
Scenic is one of the top choices in terms of all-inclusive river lines. All meals, drinks, excursions, Internet, and butler service are included in the fare (except the finest liqueurs and French Champagne).
Guests are delighted with the elegant and all-inclusive river cruise but quickly notice the differences between Australian and American cruise ships. More European food is served on board Scenic Sapphire, and PowerPoint presentations are either European or Australian, plus itineraries are longer (15 days or more).
