The beautiful EcoGalaxy is a new sailing catamaran. Built in 2014, she provides leisurely excursions, optimal comfort, attentive guides, and upgraded, modern social areas.
The EcoGalaxy is an ideal vessel for sailing in the Galapagos Islands. She offers eight (8) double cabins - four on the Upper Deck and four on the Main Deck. Each of the cabins may be used as a twin or matrimonial. Each guest room features private facilities, cold/hot water, air conditioning, hair dryer, telephone (for internal use), in-suite safe, and high speaker. Each room offers large windows for optimal views while sailing. Her top-of-the-line accommodations also include a well-stocked library, DVD service, dining room, and bar.
The EcoGalaxy was built based on ecological parameters and helps to lessen the environmental impact of tourism in the Galapagos Islands. Featuring lower fuel consumption, the catamaran also re-uses its water (after it has been treated), uses energy saving light-bulbs, solar panels, bio-degradable bath products, and use of non-toxic refrigerants.
