With a length of 443 feet and a capacity of 162 passengers, the Netherlands-built and Swiss-registered river ship MS Amareina was introduced in 2014. The MS AMareina has been purpose-built to cruise the magnificent rivers of Europe, offering guests a unique chance to explore some of the continent's most spectacular cities from the heart of charming riverside neighborhoods.

Elegantly furnished, several of the cabins feature twin balconies with breathtaking views. Intricate flower and foliage themes decorate the interior. There are various communal areas, including the library by the fireplace. The Main Lounge's baby grand piano is the perfect spot for a romantic night out. Food worthy of a king or queen can be found at both the main restaurant and the Chef's table. A heated pool and a workout center are available and the usual facilities. There's also a spa and a hair salon onboard.

Amareina Cabins, Staterooms & Suites

For the 162 passengers aboard the MS AmaReina, 81 suites serve as a home away from home. The majority of the rooms feature exclusive twin balconies, which combine the benefits of a French Balcony and an Outside Balcony. Staterooms range from 160 to 290 square feet in size, with the option to upgrade to a suite for an additional 300 square feet. Upgraded amenities include a sofa and two chairs in a larger sitting space and a bathroom with both tub and separate shower. Multi-jet showers and sleek marble bathrooms create a great refuge reminiscent of those found more commonly in boutique hotels. All staterooms include a flat-screen multimedia system with free internet access, Hollywood movies, a huge music library, and English-language TV channels.

Dining

The culinary selections on the MS Amareina are unparalleled in the cruise industry, and they are sure to please even the most discriminating palates. When dining onboard, diners can choose between the ship's traditional main restaurant and an exclusive 24-seat Chef's Table, where guests can watch a private chef make an exclusive tasting menu. Additional options include casual lunch menus, tapas, snacks, and refreshments in the Main Lounge and private dining in the Wine Room, ideal for a special event or celebrating a special occasion with friends.

European Itineraries

Amareina sails the renowned Danube Rive r in Europe, the quintessential river cruise destination. The legendary Danube River runs through ten countries and four capitals. Itineraries in the Upper Danube begin in the Black Forest and flow through Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary, passing through three regal capitals along the way: Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest.
