Day 1: Arrive in Dubrovnik

Welcome to Dubrovnik, Croatia!

Upon arrival, collect your luggage, pass customs, and meet your driver at the arrival gate at the Dubrovnik airport. The driver will be holding your name sign. The transfer to your hotel in Dubrovnik is approximately 20 minutes long, depending on the traffic.

Dubrovnik is a city of exceptional beauty called the Pearl of the Adriatic. It used to be the seat of the Republic of Dubrovnik. It is a world-renowned city that everybody falls in love with at first sight. It is impossible to leave without taking pictures of the magnificent city walls, the fortifications of Minceta, Lovrijenac, and Revelin, Onofrio's Fountain, St. Vlaho's Church, and Stradun, the main boulevard.

Day 2: Dubrovnik

After breakfast, enjoy your morning by relaxing and recovering from your travels while enjoying lunch in one of the local restaurants with cold drinks in the shaded and narrow streets of the old town. Meet at the hotel lobby late in the afternoon for your new adventure.

In the afternoon, stretch your legs more with a two-hour guided tour of Dubrovnik. After the day's crowds have dispersed, soak in the Old Town and learn about the amazing history that this spectacular city conceals.

Day 3: Dubrovnik | Ston

After breakfast, meet your guide at the hotel lobby and depart on a day trip on the Pelješac peninsula, which includes wine tasting, visiting the oyster farm, and visiting Ston, famous for the longest city walls in Europe.

Drive through the picturesque vineyard area of Peljesac and visit a local winemaker. After hearing the story of winemaking and tasting local varieties of wine, your next stop is Mali Ston, a small town in the bay, where you embark on the boat. Sail to the oyster beds and taste oysters, mussels, local wine, and grappa. This hour-long sailing includes oyster tasting and a mussel lunch. After today's activities, return to your hotel in Dubrovnik, where you will arrive late in the afternoon.

If you wish for more optional activities on this day, such as a cooking class and wine tasting in Konavle, please discuss with your trip planner for current excursion pricing and more information.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
