A 10 minute hike to Biesanz beach can not be missed. At low tide you may observe turtle traps once made by the Quepoa Indians whom resided on Punta Quepos. This small exotic beach has tiny waves and is great for swimming.

Accommodations
Surrounded by beautiful gardens and astonishing views, all rooms have balconies or terraces with views of either the rainforest or the ocean. In these rooms, tastefully decorated according to the highest standards, guests may avail themselves to many luxurious extras, including room service, cable TV, air conditioning, mini-bar, coffee maker, telephone, safety deposit box, iron and iron board, ceiling fan and hair dryer.


Rooms

Superior Room: The Superior rooms building is located below the Premium building, yet still provide beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of the Manuel Antonio National Park. They are very comfortable and spacious and provide all the amenities of a five star hotel. They are centrally located on the resorts premises, and have an easy access to the hotel's restaurant, Spa, gift shops and swimming pools. This is a great choice for families and anyone who wishes proximity to the pool area.

Premium Room: The Premium rooms offer an incredible 180° degree views of the ocean and the jungle. These rooms are ideal for couples looking for peace and quiet while taking in the endless views of the landscapes. The panoramic elevator afford guests an incredible view of the mountains, Ocean and the resort, while making their way to their rooms. All Premium rooms are equipped with 2 queen size beds and bathtub.

Premium Plus Room: Located on the top of a majestic rock, with views of the most impressive Costa Rican coastline, our newly remodeled premium plus rooms are everyone's dream. You could sit for hours on your balcony gazing at the amazing views and observing the surrounding wildlife. All rooms are luxuriously detailed for your comfort with king size beds (pillow top mattresses), plushy duvets, and bathrobes, bathtub and two lavatories.

Garden Room: The main feature of the Garden rooms are the beautiful sights to the green and colorful gardens that surround them, and their key location to main facilities like swimming pool area, spa and restaurants. All rooms have terraces with direct access to the gardens making these ideal rooms for families with children.

Jungle Room: As you sit on your balcony early morning or late afternoon you are almost guaranteed to see the different types of wildlife that make this area their home, including three sorts of monkeys, sloths, falcons, toucans and many more. All rooms have adjoining doors so they are ideal for families and parties of four or more.

Las Suites
"Las suites" are the newest addition to the Parador Resort. Surrounded by the incredible rainforest canopy of Punta Quepos, and with views to the Ocean and islands of Manuel Antonio National park, "Las Suites" are absolutely stunning. From the corridors of your Suite you will observe all species of flora and fauna, including the howler monkey, cari blancos, titis, sloths, and tucans.

All suites have an elegant design with warm tropical touches and contemporary amenities which include a spacious living area, 1 king size bed, private balcony with jaccuzzi, separate bathtub and shower, 2 sinks with granite counter ,sofa bed, mini bar with sink and granite counter, safety deposit box, 42" tv plasma, table clock with I-pod deck, and tropical hand painted artwork by famous Costa Rican artist, Victor Chavarria.

Las Suites are Located at the most impressive and highest point of the Resort, the building includes 2 elevators, concierge service, computer stations, adult swimming pool with jaccuzzi, La Fragata Restaurant (open for lunch and sunset), room service, and meeting room (seats up to 8 persons).

Pacifico Suite: These two extraordinary Suites have all the accommodations of the Suites and are located on the corner, therefore have 260 degree view of the Ocean and Rainforest, the balcony is larger, more privacy, and the bathtub has Ocean view. A dream come true!

Las Suites are Located at the most impressive and highest point of the Resort, the building includes 2 elevators, concierge service, computer stations, adult swimming pool with jaccuzzi, La Fragata Restaurant (open for lunch and sunset), room service, and meeting room (seats up to 8 persons).

La Vista Master Suite:
Located on the top floors of Las Suites. These 2 luxurious Master Suites have almost 360 degree view, each offer a spacious master bedroom, living room, bathrooms with large windows looking over the Ocean and the canopy, large balcony with jacuzzi, 2 plasma TVs, and all the additional amenities and commodities Las Suites have to offer. Master Suites can be rented separately or together, adjoining with a private foyer.

Las Suites are Located at the most impressive and highest point of the Resort, the building includes 2 elevators, concierge service, computer stations, adult swimming pool with jacuzzi, La Fragata Restaurant (open for lunch and sunset), room service, and meeting room (seats up to 8 persons).

Presidential Suite: The three bedroom Cristóbal Colón Presidential Suite spreads out over a 172 sq meter (1851 sq ft) area and is truly one of its kind in all of Central America. It is located in the main building and has direct access to the restaurants, the conference, and the mezzanine. The Suite has a main entrance and two other independent entrances that lead to the other two rooms. The master bedroom has one king size bed, large bathroom, shower and Jacuzzi and is directly connected with the living room and dining area. The other two bedrooms also have king size beds and access from the foyer.

Spa
With the relaxing views of the tropical forest, and the sense of the calm breeze rising up from the Ocean, the newly opened "Pacifica Spa" at Parador Resort and Spa, provides an atmosphere that insures total inner peace and relaxation. The elegant boutique Spa has been designed with the client's tranquility in mind, providing only the finest materials in harmony with nature, yet maintaining an elegant touch. Hand made murals and floor mosaics with marine motifs, hand finished natural ochre walls, and Costa Rican handcrafted wrought iron accents and chandeliers, give it its rustic appeal. Each area of the spa has views looking into the rainforest, where monkeys can be observed right from your massage table, while taking up a yoga class, or relaxing in the whirlpool. Our professional therapists will bring you to a total state of well-being, with the different treatments they offer, including anything from a tension relief deep tissue massage to a gratifying Costa Rican Volcanic mud wrap, soothing Aloe Vera sun burn relief wrap, or a hot relaxing ylang-ylang milk bath.

The 350m2 spa facility adjoins the adult swimming pool and the fitness facility, and includes 4 air conditioned treatment rooms, manicure & pedicure, steam room, Swiss shower, whirl pool, plunge pool, lockers, bathrobes and a relaxation and yoga area. Surrounding the spa, guests can enjoy a relaxing walk on the trails that lead through the forest and along the cliff with spectacular views to the Manuel Antonio National park and beaches.

ATV Tour: Drive your own ATV into the tropical mountains of Quepos, which lead you through rustic areas, unpaved roads, African palm plantations, country side areas and towns. Swim in refreshing waters.

Please note that people under 16 years old needs parental authorization to drive solo.

Duration: 4 1/2 hours.

Schedule: 7am, 10am and 2pm.

It includes: Transportation round trip, all ATV equipment needed, bilingual guides, great meal.

Needs: Tennis shoes or hiking boots, shorts, T-shirt, bathing suit, towel.

Canopy Tour:A 3 hours tour. Twenty minutes drive, 24 platforms, 12 cables, 1 cable of 480 m., 1 cable of 350m, another one 90m height (the longest and highest cables of the area).

It includes: Transportation round trip, all the gear, certified bilingual guides, snacks.

Need : Tennis shoes or hiking boots, shorts, T-shirt, bug spray.

Catamaran Planet Dolphin: Similar to the sailboat tour, but on a Catamaran. Drinks on board, fish k-bobs & pasta salad. Beer has an additional price of US$1,00

Duration: 5 hours.

Schedules: 8:00am to 1:00pm -or- 1:00pm to 6:00pm during dry season.

Damas Island: The mangrove is the only kind of tree in the world that survives up from salty water. It is a relaxing and very informative tour; and also fun because most of the times the monkeys jump all over the boat. Chances to see rainbow boa, crocodiles, and others.

Duration:
4 and 1/2hrs and the days depends on tides.

Includes: Round trip, boat trip and food service.

Horseback Riding: Pick up at the Parador Lobby. 30 min. drive to get to Villa Nueva, where the horses are ready for you on a country road. You will take horse trails and go up the hills to finish in the waterfalls, where you can take a dip, take photos to the waterfall and enjoy a snack.

Duration: 4 1/2 to 5 hours.

Schedules: Every day from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Includes transportation round trip, guide, snacks, and meals.

Needs: Tennis or hiking shoes, long pants T-Shirt, hat, bathing suit, towel.

Jetski Tours:Jungle coast jets offers a guided tour of the Manuel Antonio Area on new low emission Yamaha Wave runners. The tour takes you on a guided safari along the coast line of Manuel Antonio National Park with safety and respect for the environment, in an exotic and thrilling jet ski experience. This tour is fun for all ages.

No experience is necessary.

Duration: 2 hours.

Schedules: 8:30am 11:00am 1:30pm 4:00pm

Mangrove Kayaking: It is the same area than the boat ride, but with kayaks. Easy paddling. Noiseless, and with the kayaks you can go through small alleys where the boat is not able to go. The tour makes a break on a sand bank for some snacks (fruits, soft drinks, water, cookies).

Duration: 4 1/2 hours.

Available depending on tides.

Manuel Antonio National Park: Starting at 7:30am from the hotel entrance, and after 10 min. drive to the park entrance. The tour includes food break between the two trails to visit, transport, guide and the park entrance fee.

Duration:
The whole tour lasts for about 4 hours and a half, finishing at noon.

Available every day, except Mondays.

Ocean Kayaking: Coastal paddling requires good physical conditions.The tour leaves from Espadilla beach, after about 1 1/2 hour, you take a break at a beach and have some snacks, then you go around Quepos Point. The tour ends at the pier in Quepos, where you will visit a local restaurant to have lunch or dinner.

Duration: 4 1/2 to 5hrs. Every day 8am or 1pm.

Includes :Transportation round trip, equipment, guides, snacks and meal. Double kayaks are available.

Rainmaker:A tour to the Conservation Project The RAINMAKER. You will then go through trails and over the 11 earth bridges, 6 suspended bridges and then all the way down to the river canyon where you will enjoy a pristine water river pool, following the beautiful river trail, arriving back to the ranch. A nice Costa Rican typical buffet for lunch will be waiting for you.

Duration: from 7:30am to 2pm.

Schedules: Every day 7:45am.

It includes: Transportation round trip, snacks, lunch, bilingual guide.

Sailboat Tour: It is a boat ride by the coast, surrounding islands, near the national parks area, searching for dolphins, there is a snorkeling stop on some rock formations, (rocky bottom), in a small cove close to the hotel (they provide the equipment). Open bar on board, and a great meal (also on the boat).

Duration: 5 hours.

Schedules: Every day from 8:00am to 1:00pm -or- 1:00pm to 6:00pm during dry season.

Includes: Transportation round trip, boat ride, snorkel gear, open bar, lunch or dinner

Whitewater Rafting:


Narajo River:
Half day trip. It takes half an hour to 40 minutes drive through the country side to get to the rafting area. With rapids class III and III plus, it is a medium level rafting. If you have never done it before or if you did that already; you will have fun at this river.

Duration: 4 1/2 hours.

Schedules: Every day from 8:00am to 12:30pm -or- 12:30pm to 5:00pm

Includes: Transportation round trip, rafting gear, safety instructions, snacks.

Needs: Water shoes, bathing clothes, sun screen, towel.

Savegre River:
This is a full day trip. It takes 1 hour drive to get to the Savegre River area. It is a completely undeveloped area (beautiful scenery) there is some floating distance between each rapid. With rapids class III a gentle river, good for the entire family (10 year old kids can go).

Schedules: Every day from 8am to 3:30pm

Includes: Transportation, rafting gear, safety instructions, BBQ lunch.

Needs: Water shoes, towel, bathing clothes, change of clothes, sun screen.

Surfing Lessons:

The beaches where the lessons take place are located 20 minutes from the hotel, they provide long boards, surfing shirt.

Duration: 3 hours.

Schedules: Every day / 9am or 1pm

It includes: Transportation round trip, all surfing gear, bilingual instructor, fruits and drinks.
