Day 1: Arrive in San Jose 11:30 pm, catch a taxi to the Rincon de Valle. The taxi driver greeted us inside the airport and was very eager to give us a ride. Once we saw the orange van, we knew this was the right ride, watch out for the imposters. We are a family of six and our four boys are all well over 6' tall, but the transporattion was great! Once we arrived at our hotel, it was very late and we quickly got to our tiny, very modest rooms. We laid our heads for a quick nap as our morning pick up time was 6:10 am. Breakfast was served at 6 am, so we had just a few minutes for breakfast. Our ride zipped around San Jose and we pick up another couple and headed to the Rio Paquare for some awesome rafting...
Claudia does an excellent job of communicating. HOWEVER…you paperwork requirements are constipated — a real impediment to doing business. Fire the lawyers or accountants over that.

Angie was AMAZING in helping us plan our two week, multi-generational trip (for 12 people) to Japan. She really listened to what we wanted and helped plan every detail. One of the best travel specialists I've worked with. Thank you Angie!
