Built in 2023, Ilimanaq Lodge is a 27-hour experience focused on gourmet, nature, and life in a tiny settlement at the edge of the world. Dine in a historical building from 1751 and watch whales from your bungalow. Each cabin is designed using sustainable materials and boasts large windows that offer spectacular views of Disko Bay and the icebergs that drift by.

The huts are a two-story structure designed to integrate into the surrounding tundra. Every hut has a beautiful Nordic-inspired design, and each lodge has a private bathroom and toilet designed in a Nordic style. As highly modern buildings, they have flushing toilets, warm water in the shower, and electricity for lighting and heating.

This was our first trip to South America and we were a little nervous. But Adventure Life made things so easy! All our questions were answered before we left, and our guide, Vidal, was amazing!
