Another great thing about this place is the people, not just the other guests, whom were great company, but the guides, both the native guide and biologist guide were friendly, informative, and just plain nice people. The rainforest is just filled with wildlife, but it sometimes takes a little work to find them.
I also have to mention the food, we were completely surprised to find such a vast array of food and every meal time. Remember _everything_ has to get to the lodge by canoe, and the food was just awesome, there was something for everyone. And always delicious, you work up an apetite going on hikes in the early morning and late until the night---when most animals are the most active. And don't even get me started on the delicate desserts....we love food, and we thought we might have "rough it" a little in the jungle, but the Sacha Lodge always provided a tastey menu. Oh, and I think it's every Wednesday where they have a barbeque down by the pier, and it's sooooo goood. Like I said you work up an apetite.

Our advisor at Adventure Life, Mary Curry, was knowledgable and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. She made our booking efficiently and set up a time for us to make a secure payment through her directly. We’ve used Adventure Life repeatedly and would definitely recommend it.

I selected Adventure Travel as I was not satisfied with the responsiveness of the agent for the cruise I was trying to book and it had good recommendations. So far, I am quite happy with my agent, Betty, very responsive and accommodating.
