Today, hop on a seat in a plane flight from Maun to Kasane and then on a shared road transfer from Nxamaseri airstrip to Nxamaseri Island Lodge. Your adventure begins in Okavango Delta, a National Heritage Site that pulsates with life. As you explore this expansive inland delta, witness the seasonal flood from the Angola Highlands, an ancient and cyclical phenomenon that brings an abundance of wildlife. Be amazed by big groups of elephants, buffalo, and hippos, along with the antelope, giraffe, and zebra that roam freely. From fishing excursions to boating safaris and guided island walks, the activities at Nxamaseri Island Lodge offer a chance to immerse in the beauty of this extraordinary ecosystem.

Continuing your safari adventure, venture deep into Okavango Delta for two days of exploration. Depending on the season and water levels, you may experience game drives, mokoro rides, boat excursions, or guided walks. Set off on an early morning activity to witness the animals at their most active, and enjoy a coffee break surrounded by nature. Take a midday break to rest and rejuvenate, then head out again in the afternoon for more wildlife encounters. As night falls, watch the spotlights light up the creatures that come out after dark.
After breakfast, join a shared transfer to Nxamaseri airstrip to catch a flight to Xakanaza. Hop on a transfer on the way to Camp Moremi.
After some time, reach Moremi Game Reserve, a haven of diverse ecosystems within the Okavango Delta. With its verdant floodplains, waterways, and lagoons, Moremi is home to a thriving wildlife population and over 450 bird species. Explore the open plains and forests, keeping an eye out for rare antelope species like sitatunga and lechwe, as well as the predators that roam these lands. The landscape changes with the seasons, offering a unique safari experience throughout the year.

After having breakfast, feel free to explore the camp. Discover landscapes in Moremi and set aside safari time early in the morning for heightened animal activity. Enjoy a quick coffee break to savor bush sounds and birdsong. Rest at camp midday, then venture out in the lively late afternoon. Explore the landscape with boating excursions, if available.
After breakfast, take a flight from Moremi, and make your way to the Savute region, where the Savute Channel brings life to the Savute Marsh. This area of Chobe National Park is known for its exceptional game viewing, particularly during the dry winter months when predator action is at its peak. Spot lion pride, endangered wild dogs, leopards, and cheetahs, and marvel at the ancient Gubatsa Hills, where San Rock Art tells the stories of the past. As the summer rains arrive, the land transforms into a vibrant green paradise, attracting herds of Burchell's zebra and wildebeest. The ever-changing landscapes of Savute promise a safari experience like no other.

Day 10-11: Victoria Falls | Ilala Lodge | At Leisure
After breakfast, travel from Kasane to Victoria Falls via a private transfer. On this day, traverse through the rainforests above Victoria Falls and notice a serene atmosphere. The Zambezi River flows through the landscape, into the Batoka Gorge, creating a notable display of cascading water and mist, often referred to as the "smoke that thunders." Victoria Falls is known for this natural wonder and is also home to a lively township, recognized as a top adventure destination globally. Here, you can conquer the "Stairway to Heaven" or "The Terminator" in a white-water rafting adventure. The majestic basalt cliffs of the Batoka Gorge provide a stunning backdrop for thrilling activities such as bungee jumping and abseiling. But what truly sets this destination apart is the warm hospitality of its people and the exquisite scenery. On the next day, you have the option to explore the area on your own or to simply relax, enjoying the facilities available at your accommodation.
Day 12: Otw to Nehimba Lodge | Hwange National Park
After breakfast, head on to Hwange Airport and ride a transfer to Nehimba Lodge. Venture into Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe's largest game reserve. This vast wilderness is home to a variety of mammals and birds, set against a backdrop of mopane and teak forests, semi-desert scrubland, and granite hills. During the winter months, large concentrations of animals gather around waterholes, providing incredible game-viewing opportunities. The park's network of waterholes sustains life when natural resources are scarce, drawing massive herds of elephants, as well as buffalo, zebra, antelope, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and wild dogs.

Day 13: On Safari: Hwange National Park & Surrounds
Your trip continues as you spend more time exploring Hwange National Park and its surroundings, appreciating the diverse landscape and the wildlife drawn to the waterholes. You may hop on morning open vehicle game drives, enjoy a picnic in the bush, or even visit a local village school. Afternoon guided walks offer a chance to explore nature at a different pace, while night drives reveal the exciting nocturnal species that call Hwange home.
Day 14: Otw to Bomani Tented Lodge | Hwange National Park
On this day, bid farewell to Nehimba Lodge and join a shared road transfer towards the Elephant Express Rail Car before joining another transfer to Ngamo Siding, allowing you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the region as you make your way to Bomani Tented Lodge. Here, you'll have more opportunities to appreciate the diverse landscape of Hwange National Park and its abundant wildlife.
Lodge activities: Game drives, safari walks, a full-day excursion, hide sits, a school tour (not available during school holidays), and a village visit.
Day 15-16: On Safari: Hwange National Park & Surrounds
On the next two days, immerse in the wonders of Hwange National Park once again. Morning game drives and afternoon bush walks offer encounters with the park's inhabitants, while time spent in hides allows you to quietly observe the animals as they visit the waterholes. You may also have the chance to visit a local village school, gaining insights into the local culture.
Following breakfast, head to Livingstone from Victoria Falls Airport, where travelers are welcomed by the African sunset during a leisurely cruise along the Zambezi River upon arrival. Livingstone is the gateway to Zambia and offers the same thrilling adventures as Victoria Falls, from heart-stopping white-water rafting to bungee jumping. The town is also home to vibrant markets and museums that showcase the local culture and rich railway heritage.

In the morning, join a transfer to Livingstone Airport for a flight to Lufupa airstrip. Upon landing, hop on a shared transfer to Musekese Camp. This vast wilderness is home to a diverse range of animals, including red lechwe, sitatunga, hartebeest, and cheetah. Birding enthusiasts will delight in spotting the Pel's Fishing Owl and other unique species. Game drives, walking safaris, and boating activities provide opportunities to explore the park and its abundant wildlife.

Today, continue your safari adventures in Kafue National Park, immersing in the sights and sounds of the reserve. From large herds of animals to the vibrant birdlife, there is always something fascinating to discover in this untouched wilderness.
After breakfast, join a shared transfer to Lufupa Airstrip for a scheduled flight to Jeki Airstrip. Upon arrival, hop on a transfer to Kutali Camp.
Today, explore the lower part of Zambezi National Park. Zambia, features the mighty Zambezi River shaping its landscape and supporting diverse wildlife. The Lower Zambezi National Park, adjacent to Zimbabwe's Mana Pools, offers excellent game viewing, especially from June to September. The park boasts abundant large mammals, predators, and bird species, making it a premier safari and birding destination. Despite the absence of giraffes, visitors can enjoy walking safaris, tigerfishing, game drives, and canoeing in this wilderness sanctuary.

Continue the safari adventure in Lower Zambezi. Explore the lush wildlife haven of the Zambezi River with its riverine foliage, floodplains, and forests, perfect for birdwatchers. Begin your day with an early game drive and a coffee break, followed by canoeing or tiger fishing, or simply relaxing in the shade during the midday heat. Join a guided walking safari to discover smaller animals and plant life. In the late afternoon, resume your game drive or enjoy a sundowner cruise to observe hippos, crocodiles, and elephants. Night drives offer a unique opportunity to spot nocturnal animals with the aid of a spotlight.
Day 22: Last Day
