Welcome to the Himalayan country of Nepal! Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative will welcome you and assist you in transferring to your hotel in Kathmandu. After settling in, you will travel to the Mystik Mountains Adventures office for a brief discussion about your upcoming trek and to meet your guide and porters, followed by a traditional Nepalese welcome dinner.
Today is a great day for sightseeing through UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu City. Kathmandu, also known as Kantipur, is the center of Nepalese art and culture. It is a place for rest, relaxation, and easy-day sightseeing of historic and artistic temples and monuments. Kathmandu Durbar Square has an array of temples and the ancient palaces of the former Nepali Royals, enriching your experience of the centuries-old civilization.
In the afternoon, you will drive to the holy place of Buddhists, Swayambhunath. It is said to be around 2000 years old, and this Buddhist Stupa sits atop a hill. The main stupa is built of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth, supporting a lofty conical spire crowned by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four-sided base of the spire are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. The hill of Swayambhu is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples. You’ll get a scenic view of Kathmandu from there.
Early in the morning, a 30-minute scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival in Lukla, take your first breakfast in the mountains and start your trekking adventure to Phakding Village. After lunch, explore Phakding Village and observe the local people.

*** Due to Air-Traffic congestion at Kathmandu Airport, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has diverted the flight from Kathmandu-Lukla to Manthali (Ramachap)- Lukla in High Season (Oct-Nov); in that case, we will drive to Manthali (Ramachap, approx 4 hours) for a flight to Lukla on Day 2 ***
After breakfast, continue your trek following the Dudhkoshi River. You will cross it twice to reach Monjo village by a small suspension bridge, which is also the entrance gate of Sagarmatha National Park. After a descending walk of about 20 minutes, you will reach Jorsalle village, the last village before Namche Bazaar. After Jorsalle village, follow the Dudhkoshi River on a gradual walk for half an hour before crossing the suspension bridge. For the next couple of hours, you will walk up to Namche Bazaar, which is well-known as the capital of the Khumbu region.

Today is your rest day for acclimatization. After breakfast, you will make a short excursion around Namche Bazaar, visiting Sagarmatha National Park Headquarters and the Everest View Hotel for the panoramic view of many white peaks.
After breakfast, start your trek to Tyangboche. Today, you will have a pleasant walk and great views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kwangde peaks. It will take more than an hour of challenging trekking to reach Tyangboche after crossing the Dudhkoshi River because the trail is all uphill. After a steep ascent, you will arrive in Tyangboche village, where the stunning Mt. Amadablam and large monasteries will catch your attention and praise you for a hard day's work.

Elevation: 3,867 meters / 12,687.008 ft Distance: Approximately 5 - 6 hrs walk
After breakfast, start your trek down to Diboche village through a rhododendron forest and cross the bridge. You will arrive at one of the most beautiful villages in Pangboche, and the trail continues to Dingboche as Mt. Amadablam gets closer and closer. After a pleasant 5-hour walk, you will finally arrive in Dingboche, also known as the gateway to Chukung Village and Island Peak.

Elevation: 4,358 meters / 14,298 ft Distance: Approximately 5 - 6 hrs walk
Today is another rest day for acclimatization. You may have a full day of rest, explore the village, or even consider a day walk to Chhukung Village. The stunning views of the mountains like Thamserku, Khangtega, Taboche, Cholache, and Mt. Amadablam are shining in front of your eyes.
After breakfast, start your trek gradually up to Thukla. A pleasant uphill walk brings you to the memorial park of the climber and finally to your guesthouse in Lobuche village. Beautiful views and lush scenery surround you.

Elevation: 4,928 meters / 16,168 ft Distance: Approximately 4 - 5 hrs walk
After having breakfast early in the morning, continue your trek to Gorekshep Village. You will reach Gorakshep after a wonderful three-hour hike along a winding, rocky path. After check-in at the lodge and lunch, continue your adventure towards Everest Base Camp and the Khumbu Icefall. During the spring season, all the climbers gather at Everest Base Camp, where colorful tents can be seen as if you are in a snowy tent park. After exploring the base camp and its surroundings, go back to Gorekshep. Your adventure today comes to an end with a breathtaking view of Mt. Pumori, Mt. Nuptse, and other majestic peaks.

Elevation: 5,160 meters to 5,320 meters / 16,930 ft to 17,455 ft Distance: Approximately 7 - 8 hrs walk
Early in the morning, start your hike to Kala Pathar to witness the stunning sunrise views of Mount Everest. After climbing for a few hours, you will arrive at the famous viewpoint at the top of Kala Pathar. You can now enjoy the best views of the Khumbu Himalayan mountain range, including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, and Ama Dablam. Take some time to take pictures, then hike down to Gorekshep. After breakfast, you will have an easy walk down to Pheriche.

Elevation: 5,550 meters / 18,209 ft Distance: Approximately 6 - 7 hrs walk
After breakfast, start your trek going down, which is now easier and faster. With great memories of those spectacular views, you will trek through Pangboche, Tyangboche, and Kyangzuma and stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Elevation: 3,440 meters / 11,287 ft Distance: Approximately 5 - 6 hrs walk
After breakfast, start your trek on the descent path to the Dudhkoshi River. Afterward, the trek goes up and down all the way to Lukla, where you will stay overnight. You can celebrate your last dinner with your guides in the evening.
Today, catch your early morning flight back to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax at your hotel or explore on your own.
An early morning visit to a social community support project under the NGO READI. This program practices sustainable and responsible travel, so as a part of Community Social Responsibility (CSR), this will support the community school at Changunaryan. This program empowers people through education, raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and on-the-job training. At the local community level, mobilize local communities to enhance the people’s skill level through responsible and accountable (technical) training, communication, and computer education.
